Trump urges Venezuelan army to abandon Maduro
US President Donald Trump has made a direct appeal to members of the Venezuelan military to abandon their support for President NicolΓ΅s Maduro. Trump was speaking just days before a deadline that his administration and the Venezuelan opposition leader, Juan GuaidΓ³, have declared for getting humanitarian aid into the country. Dan Damon spoke to Angel Alvardo, a member of the Venezuelan National Assembly, from the Primero Justicia opposition party.
