Undercover in a North Korean university
Suki Kim is a journalist and novelist who was born and raised in South Korea. After a decade of visiting and writing about North Korea, she spent six months at a private university in Pyongyang, teaching the sons of the elite, and gathering material for her book Without You There Is No Us. Talking to Kim Chakanetsa, Suki says that despite being there undercover, she came to really love her students.
