Penny Power founded one of the UK's first social network for business, Ecademy, back in 1998 - four years before LinkedIn was established to help us max out our careers.

She has since written a book and launched the Business Cafe, which aims to offer useful skills and advice to people. But her road to success was far from easy. Penny endured terrible personal hardship and told the 麻豆约拍 she's learned that success doesn't innoculate you against what she calls a "broken moment".
