Twenty years on from the Macpherson report
Stephen Lawrence was stabbed to death in a racist attack in south London.
The Metropolitan police later admitted failures in the case and in 1999 the Machpherson report accused it of Institutional racism.
The Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Affairs committee spoke to Stephen's mother Doreen - now a Labour peer - about what had changed in the last two decades.
