I won an ultramarathon in the Polar Vortex
In northern Minnesota, which has seen some of the coldest temperatures ever recorded in the United States, 146 runners and cyclists have taken part in an ultramarathon. The 'Arrowhead 135' is around 220 kilometres.
Leah Gruhn, the cyclist who won the women's race, explains how she coped in the cold.
