Attempts to find a Brexit consensus
After an enormous Commons defeat on its Brexit plans, the Government has begun talks to try to find a way forward.
MPs from the Conservative and opposition parties have spent the day in Whitehall and Downing Street.
Meanwhile in the Commons the Government has confirmed there will be a statement from the Prime Minister on Monday and a debate on that statement on January the 29th.
