Silver Sabres is an ‘LED sabre combat academy’ in Finsbury Park in London.

As well as teaching traditional Tai Chi, the academy’s instructors have found that Star Wars fandom has helped many of their students take a more mindful look at their lives.

Faisal Mian, a senior instructor, tells us why light sabres are a great way to teach Tai Chi.
