Broken by benefits
Welfare reforms across the UK are taking their toll on the money in some people's pockets. Many are getting less than they used to as ministers try to reduce the financial burden of benefits. Hartlepool in the North East of England has been one of the hardest hit. Figures show that the extent of welfare changes mean that every person in the town will lose out on the equivalent of Β£920 a year until 2020. Michael Buchanan reports.
