Minister surprises presenter with β€˜lipstick’ comment

Business Minister Claire Perry said β€œnice lipstick” to ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ Radio 5 Live presenter Emma Barnett during an interview about Brexit, adding β€œmatches your microphone perfectly”.

Ms Perry was explaining that she hadn’t seen a Brexit information pack being sent to businesses on Friday when she paused to comment on Emma Barnett’s make-up.
