Is this the world's most nutritious vegetable?
Cavolo nero, or black kale as we call it here, is said to be one of the world's most nutrient-dense vegetables and it's been used for centuries in Tuscan cooking. Farmer Will Haines is now growing it alongside more traditional winter veg in the Vale of Evesham. Anna Hill finds out more.
