White House Criticised for Withholding Kavanaugh Documents

Senate hearings on his Supreme Court nomination are due to begin on Tuesday.

Lawyers for the former US president George W Bush have decided that twenty-seven thousand documents relating to Brett Kavanaugh's time working during Mr Bush's presidency should be protected under constitutional privilege.
