The Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's Victoria Craig spoke to a British farmer in Suffolk who said extreme temperatures this year have stunted the growth of his maize and corn crops. One way that farmers are coping is by switching to crops that require less water such as asparagus. But will the weather allow that to pay off next year?
