Meet Lynn, Josie, Charlotte and founder Ros - team Cheezifit!

Ros Glendinning launched the community-based dance fitness programme in 2013 whilst studying for her degree in Physiotherapy. Her idea was to help improve people's lives through fitness in a non-competitive, non judgemental environment .The classes aim to be fun, friendly educational and informative. Ros is joining Michael in the studio with some of her group to talk about what they do and perhaps get him and the rest of the county dancing too.

Plus the A to Z of Devon reaches the letter H with a trip to Hartland, Devon's most north-westerly village.
