The librarians saving people from heroin overdoses
As manager of a library in Philadelphia, Judi Moore's duties involve introducing kids to new books, helping them with homework and encouraging them to read. But she's also trained to administer an opioid overdose reversal drug. Outlook’s Tara Gadomski went to find out why.
