Cartoon characters like Dennis the Menace, Minnie the Minx and Billy Whizz are popular with children and adults.

John Hendrick, the founder of Big Bang Comics store in Dublin, has been telling the 麻豆约拍's Russell Padmore about the Beano's place in the publishing industry.
