Reading FC: McShane pleased to see experience join the club
Royals captain Paul McShane admits the side struggled to find leaders last season.
Due to injuries, McShane thinks there was a dearth of experienced heads in the side at times.
βThere were not many senior players playing at the time we had a lot of injuries,β McShane told ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Berkshireβs Tim Dellor. βBut to bring the likes of David [Meyler] and John [OβShea] in is a great addition.
βOff the pitch as well itβs very important to have the correct culture in the changing room.
βI think itβs a fair comment saying that there werenβt more senior leaders on the pitch at times, but that was due to injuries and different other things.β
