Will passengers lose trust in Ryanair over cancelled flights?

The low cost airline has been forced to cancel hundreds of flights across Europe this week, because pilots and cabin crew in Belgium, Ireland, Portugal and Spain are taking strike action.

As the holiday plans of tens of thousands of passengers are at risk, Ryanair faces the challenge of ensuring its customers keep faith with the carrier to travel again in the future, despite disruption.

Patrick Edmond, a managing director with the Shannon Group, tells the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's Russell Padmore how the airline refused to deal with trade unions for many years, but it is slowly reversing that policy.
