Instagram has launched an app dedicated to videos. It'll allow people to watch vertical clips that are up to an hour long. The content from their IGTV app will also be available on their main photo sharing app. Celebrities like Kardashian West, Selena Gomez and Twitch streamer Tyler Blevins have already got on it.
