Update: Canadian MP's Vote to Legalise Cannabis

The Canadian parliament passes a bill to legalise marijuana.

The lower house of parliament in Canada has voted to legalise cannabis for recreational use. The Liberal government's bill was passed by 205 votes to 82. The legislation must now be passed by the upper house and receive royal assent by the governor general, to become law. We hear from Laura Lynch, a correspondent for CBC News.
