We're used to talking about athletes who've been through the wars.
Broken bones, torn muscles and strained tendons are just part and parcel of playing sport for a living. But are we doing enough to support our local stars when they're struggling with their mental health?
Jersey Reds player Conor Joyce thinks we're not - and has started an organisation to raise awareness of mental illness in the sporting world.
He's been speaking with our Sport Producer Jack Murley.
