The world's airlines are holding their annual summit in Sydney and one of the concerns being aired at the event, run by IATA, is how the surge in oil prices is making jet fuel more expensive, which undermines airline profits.

Peter Morris, chief economist at the aviation consultants Ascend, tells the 麻豆约拍's Russell Padmore that airlines have learned to cope with volatile jet fuel prices, but they may have to increase fares.
