The last few days have seen protests - and an angry Presidential tweet - over the price of oil. Strikes in Brazil, protests in India - all over the liquid gold. Economist Irwin Stelzer from the Hudson Institute in Washington gives us the who's who of current oil influencers, and what the big players are afraid of if prices get too high.
