Wheelchair travel blogger and accessible tourism expert Carrie-Ann Lightley talks to us about how technology has improved her travel experience. According to the Association of British Travel Agents, there are currently 11 million disabled people in the UK and the spending power of their households is approximately Β£250 billion. ABTA say 'acccessible travel is moving up on the agenda' of the tourism industry.
