Jamie Cousins and his 10-year-old daughter Poppy were at the Manchester Arena on the night of last year鈥檚 attack.

They cleared the foyer seconds before the explosion, after leaving the gig during the final song.

In the weeks and months that followed, Jamie came to the realisation that 鈥榣ife鈥檚 too short鈥�, and quit the job he鈥檇 been doing for 16 years to take up his lifelong passion, acting.

He鈥檚 since landed a leading role in an independent feature film called 鈥極ut Of Time鈥�.

Jamie told 麻豆约拍 Radio 5 live鈥檚 Tony Livesey the film 鈥済ave him something to focus on and gave him a distraction鈥� following the events at the Arena.
