Full interview: βSurviving Manchester attack made me realise lifeβs too shortβ
Jamie Cousins and his 10-year-old daughter Poppy were at the Manchester Arena on the night of last yearβs attack.
They cleared the foyer seconds before the explosion, after leaving the gig during the final song.
In the weeks and months that followed, Jamie came to the realisation that βlifeβs too shortβ, and quit the job heβd been doing for 16 years to take up his lifelong passion, acting.
Heβs since landed a leading role in an independent feature film called βOut Of Timeβ.
Jamie told ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ Radio 5 liveβs Tony Livesey the film βgave him something to focus on and gave him a distractionβ following the events at the Arena.
