Why representation matters in podcasting

Ifeyinwa Arinze couldn't find any podcasts that reflected her experience as an African migrant or a Nigerian millennial. The lack of representation made her feel invisible, so she and three of her friends began their own podcast to give voice to their experiences. She explains how they reach out to people with similar stories, who do not see themselves reflected in mainstream media.
