The survey Everton sent to supporters asking them to rate manager Sam Allardyce was "disgusting", according to former Liverpool defender Stephen Warnock.

Fans were asked to grade Allardyce's performance on a scale of zero to 10 since he took charge in November.

Allardyce called it "a marketing slip-up" but Warnock believes Everton have let themselves down.

"I think it is disgusting from Everton to be honest. I do not agree with it at all. I think it [shows] a lack of respect for Sam," Warnock told 5 live.
