Author Joanne Harris is most well known for her bestselling novel Chocolat which was made into an Oscar-nominated film starring Juliette Binoche and Johnny Depp. What's less well known is her synaesthesia; she can smell colours. She talks about how her extra ability affects her writing, and which colour smells like chocolate.
