Jaap Stam: Little thinks it 'couldn't go on'

Former Reading winger Glen Little thinks the club needed to make a change of management.

Jaap Stam left the club by 'mutual consent' after a run of just one win in 18 Championship games.

"It's got to that stage now, it couldn't go on," Little told Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Berkshire's Tim Dellor. "They were hoping, surely, we'll just get a win from somewhere.

"It's a bit strange how they've left it until now, and it seems to have quietened down again.

"[As a player], you're always sad when the manager gets the sack, because you feel you're part and parcel of it."
