Removing plastics from construction
A growing population has led to the consumption of more products. That means a lot more plastic packaging, a lot more plastic pollution, and a lot of new homes - which use a lot of plastic. The construction industry globally has been attempting to slow the increasing plastic waste generated from construction. The Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's Ivana Davidovic visits one school which is zero-carbon and has minimised its use of plastic. We also hear from a company which turns lots of the UK's unusable plastic waste in to valuable fuel to power Stockholm.
