Reading FC: Jaap Stam says 'communication' was lacking in the home draw with Leeds
Speaking after Reading's 2-2 home draw with Leeds United, Jaap Stam told ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Berkshire's Tim Dellor 'communication' was a key reason his side were unable to claim three points.
Jaap Stam, Reading Manager:
"We started well, very committed but also going forward and playing football at times. Good decisions, and we got opportunities to score goals and we didn't take them.
"Sometimes in the first half we start very good, we play in a certain way and you want to keep that up. Of course you want to do the same [in the second half] but for some reason we can't do that.
"You need to communicate in terms of making decisions as well."
