Ian Wright has questioned Arsenal鈥檚 performance in their 3-0 defeat to Manchester City in the Carabao Cup final, saying 鈥測ou can鈥檛 play in a final like that.鈥�

However, Arsenal fan Vic disagreed, saying the gulf in quality and riches between the respective sides meant that the Gunners had no chance of reigning successful in Sunday鈥檚 clash at Wembley. He said: 鈥榊ou give them a tough fight, but you don鈥檛 beat them.鈥�

Wright replied: 鈥榃igan beat them, they can be beaten. You can鈥檛 play in a final like this.

鈥業f you turn up and play like Arsenal did then you are going to get beat.

鈥楤ut if you turn up in a game and you鈥檙e like Wigan, who in respect of ability are nowhere near Arsenal, and you鈥檝e got the right attitude, drive, formations, determination and leadership on the pitch, then you beat Man City.鈥�
