Trump's war on steel a 'nonsense'
The White House is soon expected to impose new tariffs on imports of steel and aluminium. America imports more steel than any other country in the world. The US Commerce Department has reportedly recommended a global steel tariff of at least 24%. But economist Irwin Stelzer from the Hudson Institute in Washington, DC argues that the policy is misguided.
