Being a music executive was considered a 'strange' business in France - but not any more. The industry has flourished - we find out how, and what made it unique. Emmanuel de Burete, who founded label 'Because Music', says the government of France introduced measures to boost the music industry, which suffered in the face of rapid changes in how pop culture was making its money.
