Failed NHS trust caused 'unnecessary harm' to patients

A Health Minister has apologised to patients and staff at Liverpool Community Health NHS Trust after a report found patients had suffered "unnecessary harm" and pressure to cut costs led to staff shortages and bullying.

Stephen Barclay also strongly criticised the former leadership of the trust which provided district nursing, dentistry and diabetes care on Merseyside. Rebecca Drought reports
