Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Minute: On the history of the Super Bowl halftime show

A global TV audience of over 100 million people is expected to tune in for Super Bowl LII on Sunday night, as the New England Patriots battle the Philadelphia Eagles for American Football’s biggest prize.

But for many, the spectacle is as much about the star-studded musical halftime show as it is the sporting action.

This year Justin Timberlake will headline in Minneapolis - his first Super Bowl appearance since his infamous duet with Janet Jackson in 2004, which saw him rip part of her costume, exposing her breast.
