Retired rugby league star Kevin Sinfield says "In 10 years time everybody under 25 is going to be unemployable" if punished for the past mistakes they鈥檝e made on social media.

The former England and Leeds Rhinos captain who is now rugby director at the RFL called for the media to a better 鈥減erspective鈥� when discussing the controversy caused historical "sexist" tweets posted by the new England Women's manage Phil Neville.

He added: "If this where we're at as a society I struggle with it." "We all make mistakes, we all get things wrong and I think Phil Neville has obviously made a mistake here and he's been in the middle of a media storm and he really wanted to hit the ground running."
