There's been much controversy and plenty of protests around the Bollywood film, Padmaavat. It's about a Hindu queen and a Muslim ruler who covets her. Some argue it is culturally disrespectful.

It's release was delayed for two months, but it is out now and the first day of screening saw a heavy police presence around the country with violence in some areas. Several states are also refusing to show it.

That hasn't stopped fans queuing up to watch the movie. So what have they been saying about it?
