Everton fan Tony has questioned the club鈥檚 transfer policy, saying the club鈥檚 young first-team players confidence is getting 鈥渄estroyed鈥�.

Speaking with Kelly Cates and Ian Wright, the Toffees fan said: 鈥業 love my club mate - I love it with all my heart and soul. But what鈥檚 happening to the club, I don鈥檛 know.

鈥楽ome of the kids are quite tidy, you know yourself you were a professional footballer, if you put the kids in and things aren鈥檛 going right you鈥檙e just destroying them.

鈥楢nd what I鈥檓 seeing is the kids getting destroyed right in front of my eyes.'
