Walmart will raise its minimum wage to $11 an hour as a result of sweeping US tax reforms. But as the company also shuts some of its discount warehouses, leaving many workers without a job, should the retail giant be doing more? We speak to Carolyn Davis, from employee group OUR Walmart.
