The sisters tackling male suicide
Emma and Toni's dad, Paul, took his own life in 2015.
The sisters from Hartlepool said he had suffered with depression and was diagnosed with PTSD after serving in the Army.
They now want to encourage more men to speak out about their mental health and seek help early on.
75% of UK suicides are by men, according to the Office of National Statistics (2016).
"Because men are meant to be the strongest," said Emma, 19, "they must feel that showing emotion is part of weakness".
"There is help out there and that's why we're doing this," Toni, 17, added.
They have made a film alongside young people's charity Fixers UK, showing the possible signs someone feeling suicidal may display.
