Reading FC: Stam wants to correct Ipswich errors
The Royals boss Jaap Stam wants an improvement on last weekend's second half performance.
Despite feeling his side played well in the first half of their Championship defeat to Ipswich, Stam wants to learn from a poor second half display.
"We learn from every game," Stam told Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Berkshire's Jack Winstanley. "From the Ipswich game we came to the same conclusion we came to in previous games.
"Especially in the first half against Ipswich, we played well, created opportunities, the only thing is we didn't finish it off."
And Stam outlined his plans for the squad over Christmas.
"We're even travelling on Christmas Day, so everybody's talking about Christmas and enjoying time with their family and we're away.
"We're going to the hotel, because travelling on the day of the game takes a lot out of the players."
