Hundreds of people were killed when a truck exploded at a busy junction in Mogadishu on 14 October 2017. The blast destroyed hotels, government offices and restaurants. Khadija Isse is one of a few trained counsellors and trauma healing specialists based in the Somali capital. She says more needs to be done to treat the psychological damage caused by terror attacks.
