Reading FC: Ulderink happier with Royals style of play
Assistant Manager Andries Ulderink thinks the new players have settled into the system.
Ulderink believes it took some of the players a long time to settle into the Reading style of play, which is finally bearing fruit.
"Everything is now a little bit more in the style we want to play," Ulderink told Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Berkshire's Jack Winstanley. "The players are getting used to it.
"Everything is coming...together now, and for us the December month, and the start of January, it's really important to keep it going."
And Ulderink knows just how tough an examination Cardiff will prove on Monday evening in front of the TV cameras.
"They're really strong defending against the opponent, they have the patience to give the ball to the opponent.
"They're really strong at having a half chance and scoring a goal.
"They're really a strong team."
