Debate: Is there true democracy in Russia?
Conservative TV host Andrey Afanasev and political activist Isabelle Magkoeva spar over whether there is democracy Russia.
The two joined a Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Global Questions panel in St Petersburg facing questions from a local audience of young people on the future of their country 100 years since the Russian revolution.
The other panellists are Rapper Ivan Alekseev known as Noize MC, chairman of Open Russia Alexander Soloviev and foreign journalist Amie Ferris-Rotman.
