"You have to shut down, emotionally"
Cora Lee is a police officer in the Lancashire Constabulary. In 2013, she took 6 weeks off work due to stress built up from the challenges she faces every day.
It started following an incident where two female officers from Greater Manchester Police were murdered by Dale Cregan in 2012. Cora says it had a "profound impact" on her.
She says that admitting she needed help was "the hardest thing I've ever had to do in my life". But following therapy offered by the occupational health team at work, she says she is now "a lot better at seperating my work life from my personal life".
