In this Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Minute Series: On 2018 Food Trends we are looking at urban farming. 'Edible technology' will be a big theme in 2018 - with companies looking to new, creative ways to respond to our food needs.

InFarm is a company in Berlin which wants to feed the world through a network in of high-tech vertical urban farms, based inside supermarkets. It claims it can grow virtually any herb, or vegetable in its mini indoor greenhouses. Erez Galonska and Tomer Niv explain how they're hoping to expand to London, Paris, Vienna and Copenhagen.
