Hammond: Budget about much more than Brexit
The government will "express its resolve to look forwards not backwards", Philip Hammond said opening his Budget speech.
He spoke about the UK's future outside the EU, but said his speech was about "much more than Brexit".
And he hold MPs that the UK economy "continues to grow, continues to create more jobs than ever before, and continues to confound those who seek to talk it down."
