'I am not going to vote against my conscience again'
Conservative MP Anna Soubry has told the Westminster Hour that despite having voted to trigger Article 50 to honour the referendum result, she will not vote against her conscience again regarding Brexit.
She described the decision to set a time and date for Brexit as 'deeply concerning' and 'very peculiar', suggesting that it actually weakens the government's negotiating position.
