Swaziland's fair trade art initiative
The Kingdom of Swaziland is one of the smallest on the continent and is heavily dependent on South Africa for its economy, importing about 90% of its needs.
There is, however, a small and vibrant creative sector that makes handmade products and now, through the Swazi Fair Trade initiative, these artisans are working together to improve their products and take them to the world.
The Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's Taurai Maduna travelled to the capital, Mbabane, to find out more.
