Conservative MP Kit Malthouse, who sits on the Treasury select committee, has told the Westminster Hour that the 'nub of the problem' around the Paradise Papers revelations is that so far nothing alleged is illegal under the tax system - and that it is down to politicians internationally to sort it out.
